Traffic Information
By train
Take a local train service of JR Sanyo line and get off at Okubo Station. Transfer to Shinki bus, line No.12, bound for Kami-Iwaoka / Seishin-Chuou Station departing from No.3 bus stop at North-Exit of Okubo Station.
Do not get on the bus via Akita, even if it is bound for Kami-Iwaoka / Seishin-Chuou Station.
Get off at Kami-Shinchi bus stop. KARC is within ten minutes walk from the bus stop.
Alternatively, get off at Nishi-Akashi Station on JR Sanyo line and take a taxi (about 15 min-drive).
By road
- 5 min-drive from Okubo interchange on 2nd Shin Mei Highway.
- 10 min-drive from Hirano junction on Route 175.
- 10 min-drive from Okubo-Higashi junction on Route 2.
